Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 with Exynos W930
Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 to Feature Exynos W930 Processor
Samsung is gearing up to introduce the Galaxy Watch 6, the latest edition in the Galaxy Watch line. Details about the likely processor for this device have appeared prior to its announcement. According to information published on the Bluetooth SIG website, the Galaxy Watch 6 may be equipped with the Exynos W930 chip.
The Exynos W930 CPU is touted as a slightly upgraded version of the processor currently utilized in the Galaxy Watch 5 and its predecessor, the Galaxy Watch 4. This processor will be combined with a suitable RF chip to enable the device to offer Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. This varies from an earlier report that said the Galaxy Watch 6 will be powered by the Exynos W980 CPU, which was said to give a 10% performance gain over the W920 SoC present in the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 smartwatches.
The Galaxy Watch 6 is said to have a rotating bezel, with design cues provided by leaked renders from a reliable source. Along with the Galaxy Watch 6, Samsung is likely to reveal the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic during the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event in South Korea at the end of July. This event may possibly see the debut of the speculated Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
The Exynos W930 processor is expected to improve the Galaxy Watch 6's performance and battery life, making it an intriguing option for people looking for a reliable and capable wristwatch to track their fitness goals and stay connected while on the go.
